abcvip Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

abcvip operates abcvip.lol as an online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors browsing the public pages. All activities conducted on the abcvip platform — including game play, sports wagering, bonus claims, deposits, and withdrawals — are governed by these Terms together with any specific rules or policies published on the platform for individual products or promotions.

abcvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform registered players of significant changes through the platform's notification system or via the registered email address associated with their account. Your continued use of abcvip following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects. All communications between abcvip and its players are conducted in English.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the abcvip platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. abcvip is strictly an adults-only platform. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 at any point will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative, agent, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of abcvip or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has requested exclusion from the abcvip platform or any affiliated platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of abcvip — including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, your date of birth, and your preferred BDT payment method (such as your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile number). You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and kept up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. abcvip will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact abcvip support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the abcvip platform. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. abcvip uses automated and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. In the event that duplicate accounts are identified, abcvip reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonus balances held within them.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

abcvip may at any time request that a player complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC procedures within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

abcvip processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be reflected in the cashier section of the platform.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally processed instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. abcvip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which abcvip bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been approved by abcvip's support team following a verified KYC review.
• abcvip aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending verification requirements.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if outstanding KYC documentation has not been submitted, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been fulfilled, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• abcvip reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. abcvip reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 against the balance of a dormant account. Players will be notified prior to the application of dormancy fees. To reactivate a dormant account, the player must log in and complete any outstanding identity verification requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

abcvip offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. Where there is any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only with respect to that promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit on abcvip may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and an expiry period as specified in the promotion details. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other introductory offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by abcvip are subject to wagering requirements. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin casino games and certain sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

abcvip monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Any player found to be exploiting, misusing, or systematically abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering across related accounts, or strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds — will have their bonus entitlement revoked, associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently closed.

6. Betting Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on abcvip are subject to the specific rules governing each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general betting rules apply across the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. abcvip does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a wager being accepted at an incorrect price or with incorrect event information, abcvip reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Odds and markets on cricket fixtures — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are subject to suspension or withdrawal at any time in line with event developments. Bets placed prior to a suspension remain valid unless the event is abandoned or voided in line with the relevant sport-specific rules.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's live betting rules. abcvip uses a brief delay mechanism on in-play markets to ensure fair betting conditions. The use of automated software or latency arbitrage tools to gain an unfair advantage on in-play markets is strictly prohibited.
• abcvip's decisions on the outcome of all sporting events and casino game results are final. In the case of a genuine dispute, players may escalate to the abcvip support team at [email protected].

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering as or on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any third party to achieve an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing discrepancies for financial gain.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward abcvip staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction made to the abcvip platform in bad faith.

abcvip cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial authorities in Bangladesh in all cases involving suspected financial crime or fraud.

8. Suspension & Account Closure

abcvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access.

In cases of suspension arising from suspected fraud or breach of Terms, abcvip reserves the right to withhold account funds pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written account closure request. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

abcvip collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. abcvip uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers.

abcvip does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party payment processors (such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket), identity verification service providers, and competent authorities where required by law. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abcvip's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abcvip shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether abcvip had been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or damage to software or hardware.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain adequate password security.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. abcvip makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices and internet connections are secure and fit for purpose.

11. Responsible Gaming

abcvip is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. In the event of any dispute between a player and abcvip, the player is encouraged to first attempt resolution by contacting the abcvip support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. abcvip commits to investigating all legitimate complaints in good faith and providing a written response within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

abcvip's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus settlements, and account status are final. abcvip operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection. All disputes are handled under these Terms and the specific rules applicable to the product or event in question.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with abcvip, the player acknowledges that the dispute resolution process outlined in the platform's operating policies shall constitute the exclusive remedy available.
